Materials Needed

Required materials for each portfolio:

• Clear Front, 3-Tang Fastener Report Cover
• 4 sheet protectors
• high quality paper

Portfolios should be printed black and white. Only the cover page with picture should be in color.  Seven pages total with the eighth page reserved for additional application if required.
