Professional Internship Program

Paid Internship Opportunities for SUU Students

Looking for opportunities to prepare for your future career? The SUU Professional Internship Program is designed to provide students with opportunities to engage in paid internships.

Why get involved? Practical experiences, such as internships, help you apply what you are learning in class and develop basic skills and competencies you will need in your professional career.

How does the Professional Internship Program work?

The Career Center has partnered with on-campus employers to provide internship opportunities to SUU students.

  • Internships last one semester, 20 hours/week
  • Internships are paid ($9/hour for undergraduates and $11/hour for graduates)
  • You will complete SUU 1020 - Career Success
  • You will be evaluated over the course of your internship to identify progress and goals for improvement, including a final Career Ready Reflection.
