Psychological Assessment Clinic (SPC)
The Psychological Assessment Clinic within the SUU Psychology Clinic (SPC) provides comprehensive psychological assessments for children, teenagers, and adults to evaluate diagnostic and functioning questions across a range of domains, including cognitive, social, behavioral, and emotional concerns, depending on the referral question.
Following the initial request for services, a brief video screening appointment should occur within 2 weeks of reviewing the referral request (or 30 days if in the summer months) and last for 15-20 minutes. The purpose of this screening call is to determine the appropriateness of services through the SPC. If deemed an appropriate fit for a clinic within the SPC, the client will be contacted within 2 weeks. If there is no current availability, the client will be assigned to that clinic’s waitlist.
