Commencement Program


  • The platform to reserve/order a Cap & Gown is undergoing a revamp since graduation regalia is now FREE to all graduates. That platform will be active by mid-February. For questions or immediate needs, contact Kol Gibson in the Alumni Relations Office.

Graduation Schedule: April 29, 2022

University Festivities on Friday, April 29

7:30 a.m. - Commencement Lineup on Upper Campus

8:00 a.m. - Commencement Procession
Traditional procession that begins on Upper Campus. Graduates in the colleges designated to graduate on Friday, April 29, will walk under the Carter Carillon and are asked to be on the Upper Campus at 7:30 a.m. to line up. 

8:30 a.m. - University Commencement Ceremony, America First Event Center
The formal ceremony to confer degrees upon SUU's Class of 2022. 

College Degree Convocations

Each graduate is individually recognized, called to walk and accept their diploma in their respective academic college ceremony.

  • Time TBD, Walter Maxwell Gibson College of Sciences, including SUCCESS Academy, America First Event Center.
