Commencement Updates

  • Class of 2014 diplomas are no longer available. Students who register for graduation following the March 15 deadline will receive a 2015 diploma (this includes Summer 2014 applicants).

  • Congratulations to math education major Kori Corbridge, the Class of 2014 University Valedictorian.

  • Students and guests who require ADA accommodations should complete the online ADA Request Form by April 26.

  • Karyn Child, a music education major from West Valley, Utah; Christina Meikle, a vocal performance & Spanish major from Ephraim, Utah; and Annie Powell, a music education major from St. George, Utah, have been selected to, together, perform the National Anthem at the Class of 2014 University Commencement.

  • Ann Romney, former First Lady of Massachusetts and wife to 2012 Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, will headline SUU's 2014 University Commencement. General admission seating.

9:00 a.m. - University Commencement, Centrum Arena
The formal ceremony to confer degrees upon SUU's Class of 2014

10:30 a.m. - Graduation Celebration, Location TBA
An informal gathering of graduates with their friends, professors and guests before leaving campus. Free and open to all.

College Convocations

Each graduate is individually recognized, called to walk and accept their diploma in their respective college ceremony.

Noon - Walter Maxwell Gibson College of Science & Engineering, Centrum Arena

2:00 p.m. - School of Business, Centrum Arena
2:00 p.m. - College of Performing & Visual Arts, Randall L. Jones Theatre
