SUU Logos in Email Signatures
Below you will find instructions on how to add/replace the updated version as your email signature.
Please note: these instructions work most reliably when done using the Google Chrome web browser.
Main Signature Style
1) Select the following (by clicking and dragging to highlight both images and text):

| Job Title DEPARTMENT NAME, SOUTHERN UTAH UNIVERSITY Building & Office # | (435) 555-5555 |
2) Copy the selected area (Windows: “ctrl + c”, Mac: “cmd + c”)
3) In Gmail, click the gear icon at the top right
4) Select 'Settings'
5) Under the General tab, scroll down to the Signature area section, select the radio button next to the signature field (this will already be selected if you had a previous signature)
6) Paste the images and text previously copied directly into the "Signature" box (Windows: “ctrl + v”, Mac: “cmd + v”)
7) Replace the default text with your own information
8) Scroll down to the end of the page and select 'Save Changes'
