Transfer Accepted Timeline
Now that you have been accepted as a transfer student to Southern Utah University, here is a timeline of the things that you need to accomplish before attending SUU.
Fall
Visit SUU's Campus
January
Apply for On-Campus Housing
February
March
April
- Find off-campus housing
- Pay the non-refundable Enrollment Deposit by May 1st
- Register for Orientation
Note: You only have to attend Orientation if you have less than 24 post high school college credits - Register for Classes starting April 11th
Note: The enrollment deposit must be paid before your transcripts will be articulated and you will be allowed to sign up for classes.
May
Pay the non-refundable Enrollment Deposit by May 1st
June
Attend Orientation. Multiple dates are available.
Note: You only have to attend Orientation if you have less than 24 post high school college credits.
July
Work and Save Money. Check out the Career Center for job opportunities and resources.
August
School starts. Check the academic calendar for exact dates and deadlines. Not attending in the fall? Defer Your Admission and/or Scholarships.
