A Dual Master Degree program for Career Advancement.
SUU offers a joint Master of Accountancy/Master of Business Administration (MAcc/MBA) to help students reach their goals. Both programs are AACSB accredited and tailored to create the leaders of tomorrow, today.

Admission Requirements
Submit a completed online application, along with the non-refundable $60 application fee.
Application Deadlines
Admission decisions are made on a continuous, rolling basis. As you prepare your application submission, please plan sufficient time to complete the MBA Preparation courses prior to registration. While the MBA Preparation courses do not need to be completed prior to admission, they must be completed prior to course registration.
Complete a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution prior to matriculation.
Submit official transcripts from each college or university attended. Official transcripts must be submitted directly from each prior institution to SUU. Applicants who have graduated from Southern Utah University do not need to submit a transcript.
Submit a professional resume that includes employment history, academic accomplishments and highlights managerial and leadership experience.
Submit a one-page letter describing your goals and expectations in pursuing a Joint MBA / MAcc degree from Southern Utah University and why you would be a valuable addition to the program.
Submit contact information for three (3) academic or professional references as part of the online application. Students who have earned a business degree from SUU in the last three years may waive the letters of recommendation requirement.
Official GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) or GRE (Graduate Record Examination) test scores are required for admission. For the Joint program students must meet the standard for both programs in order to be considered for a waiver:

**SUU admissions will determine if foundation courses are needed. Students graduating from an AACSB accredited accounting program will not be required to complete MAcc foundation courses**

Students missing one or more of these courses can be admitted to a pre-business program to complete any missing foundations. However, this will delay their graduation from both programs.
