Founders Hall

Founders Hall, apartment-style community housing 320 students, was completed in Spring 2018. Each apartment includes a full kitchen with all major appliances, two refrigerators, and a furnished living room area. Apartments within this residence hall will have five bedrooms and five bathrooms accommodating ten residents. Common area lounges furnished with exercise equipment and television provide the ideal environment for making connections and networking with fellow residents.

• SUU Student T-Card (required for check-in & obtained at student orientation)
• Extra Long Twin-sized bedding (including pillow & bedspread)
• Towels & wash cloths

We recommend coordinating with roommates on the following items to avoid excessive duplication.

• Kitchen, bathroom & other household cleaners

Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their apartment and should stock household cleaners. Resident Assistants provide temporary access to vacuum cleaners upon request. Repairs and regular maintenance of residence halls are performed by University Housing Maintenance. Residents may submit maintenance requests online.
