Employee Holiday Schedule

Each year, the President's staff determines the approved holidays of the University. The following named days are usually considered as holidays for employees under "salary contract":

July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027

• Independence Day  - Friday, July 3rd
• Pioneer Day - Friday, July 24th
• Labor Day - Monday, September 7th
• Thanksgiving - Thursday and Friday, November 26th and 27th
• Christmas  - Friday and Monday, December 25th and 28th
• New Years Day - Thursday and Friday, December 31st and January 1st
• Martin Luther King Day - Monday, January 18th
• President's Day - Monday, February 15th
• Memorial Day - Monday, May 31st
• Juneteenth - Friday, June 18th
