Welcome to SUU Postal Operations & Receiving. We manage all campus mail processing, central package receiving, freight, and internal department supplies across two convenient campus locations.

- Student Center Post Office: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Motor Pool Post Office (1175 W 200 S): Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
P.O. Box & Mail Pass Rental / Renewal
Rent or renew your P.O. Box or Mail Pass here. On-campus students are required to have a box/pass to receive mail and packages. Rentals are also open to all faculty, staff, and community members outside the university.
Department Stamp Delivery
Need stamp books for your office? Order online and we’ll deliver them directly to your campus department.
Department Copy Paper Orders
Order copier paper by the case. Be sure to include your department billing index (internal billing is processed at the end of the month).
We strive for same-day delivery, if not delivered that day, it will arrive the next morning.
