P.O. Box or Mail Pass
All students living on campus are required to rent either a P.O. Box or a Mail Pass to receive mail and packages. Rentals are also open to faculty, staff, and non-university community members.
Important Policy Notice:
Specific mailing addresses are assigned upon completing your rental agreement. Any packages or mail delivered to campus without an active P.O. Box or Mail Pass rental on file are subject to a $15 Unknown Package Fee per package.
P.O. Box (Physical Mailbox)
Best for those who want a physical, locked mailbox close to their housing or classes.
- Letter Mail: Delivered directly to your assigned locked box.
- Box Locations: Eccles Housing, Founders Housing, Library, or Sharwan Smith Student Center.
- Package Pickup: Picked up at the Sharwan Smith Student Center counter.
- Key Requirement: Requires a physical key. The key must be picked up at our student center post office after purchase. $15 lost key fee.
- Rates:
- 2 Semesters: $75
- 3 Semesters: $90
Mail Pass (Keyless Window Pickup)
Our most affordable, hassle-free option—no key to carry, track, or lose!
- Letter Mail & Packages: Stored together behind the retail counter for convenient, one-stop pickup.
- Pickup Location: Sharwan Smith Student Center Post Office window.
- Key Requirement: None (100% keyless).

- Get Notified: You will receive an automated email or text message as soon as mail or packages arrive for you.
- Visit the Window: Stop by the Sharwan Smith Student Center Post Office Counter
during business hours. - Scan Mobile ID: Scan your mobile ID to claim your items.
