'Expand your world': SUU STEM Center invites Southern Utah children to discover what's possible. Families looking to encourage their children to explore science, technology, engineering and math can find resources and support at the Southern Utah University STEM Center for Teaching & Learning.

SUU's Casey Webb recently applied for a Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development mini-grant to add active learning along Cedar City's Coal Creek Trail. “I really appreciated the team I work with—including Charlene Busch, SUU’s STEM Center; Kelly Goonan, assistant professor of outdoor recreation; Sara McAfee, Iron County STEM coordinator; and Jenn Stewart, SPARC office.” Find out more about the Coal Creek Trail Grant.
