How to Advertise/Promote a Club
STIL Marketing offers resources for clubs to advertise their events, announcements, and/or initiatives. If you would like to request that our STIL Graphic Designers create a poster for your event, please fill out this Graphic Design Request.
Already have your own poster? Then fill out the Promotion request to get your flyer marketed across campus! This can include requests to be on Toilet Times, digital signage in the student center, push notifications in the SUU app, and many more. Please note that both Graphic Design requests and Promotion requests require submissions at least 4 weeks in advance, and 6 weeks in advance if your graphic has a sign-up sheet.

Submitting Event Request
Events must be submitted via the Clubs app in the MySUU portal. Clubs App Follow the steps outlined, add the required details, and allow sufficient time for review.
