The Flock
The Flock is the starting point for everyone that joins STIL. As a member of The Flock, you can personalize your STIL experience by testing out multiple branches or you can directly join a branch if you know that’s where you’ll soar.

What are the Expectations?
- Spend 3+ hours a week getting involved in one or more STIL branches
- No GPA requirement
- Attend monthly All STIL Meeting (2nd Wednesday of each month)
