She created the Real Foods Made Easy Program in 2011, offering a guide to feeding families healthy, unprocessed, real food. UK has hosted the Annual Mom Conference the past two years, bringing 44,000 Moms together.

Jerry Hill

Former VP of Customer Innovation at Teradata Manufacturing. Jerry has over 25 years of industry experience in failure analysis, quality/reliability processes and operations management. He served in numerous senior level positions at Western Digital including as Vice President of Operations for their semiconductor operations. Prior to joining Teradata he founded a supply chain and quality
analysis software company acquired by Teradata in 2002.

Ritch Wood

CEO of Nu Skin. Previously, Ritch served in various capacities at Nu Skin including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of New Market Development, Director of Finance of New Market Development and Controller of the Pharmanex division. He also played a key role in opening many European countries for Nu Skin.

Dick & Marcia Hynes

Founder of HyneCo, dedicated to Executive Coaching, Team Building, Consulting, and Board Service. Previous to this, Dick was President International for Alberto Culver
prior to the sale to Unilever. Dick managed companies based in the Europe, Latin
America, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Canada. He had previously had positions with Alberto Culver, Frito-Lay, Kraft, ConAgra, Union Carbide and a mid-career LBO.

Dean Cardinale

Founder of World Wide Trekking and President and Founder of Human Outreach Project. Climbed and led expeditions to North America, Central America, Africa, Europe, South America, and the Himalayas, including summiting Mt. Everest in 2005. Dean is an avalanche instructor and forecaster as well as a level-III certified U.S Sailing Captain. He recently authored Inspired — Lessons Learned from a Life of Adventure.

Wilford Clyde

Mayor of Springville. Chairman & CEO of Clyde Companies, after serving as president for 16 years.
Clyde Companies is the parent company of Sunroc, Geneva Rock, and Beehive Insurance. He also serves as a Member of the Board for the Utah State Board of Regents. He previously served as Chairman of the Utah Manufacturers Association, and President of the Utah Chapter of the Associated General Contractors.

Amy Rees Anderson

Founder and Managing Partner of REES Capital. Amy is a weekly contributor to Forbes and the
Huffington Post. She is currently serving on 15 Boards. Prior to founding REES Capital, Amy was CEO of MediConnect Global, a company she grew and sold in 2012 for over $377 million. After selling MediConnect, she founded the IPOP Foundation, a charity focused on promoting entrepreneurship as a pathway to self-reliance.

Bob Despain

After 25 years of practicing law, Bob developed and became CEO of a water treatment business that grew to be the largest coal bed methane water treatment company in the world. He was also engaged in several technical ventures involving energy and natural resources, and has since encouraged and invested in other entrepreneurs.

Rich Christiansen

Thought leader, parallel entrepreneur, and humanitarian. Rich has created 49 businesses of which 16
have become multimillion-dollar successes. Each were started with $10K or less of capital. These businesses have ranged from technology, import/export, SEO, lead generation, innovative products, and real estate. He authored national bestseller The Zigzag Principle and co-authored Bootstrap
Business.

Brandon Allen

Business coach, speaker, and strategist. Founder of New Work Revolution, training others in leadership, marketing, speaking, and management. Created Business FastTrack program. Author of Total Experience Design: How to Stand Out in a Crowded Market, and The Management Playbook: Be the Common Denominator of Success.

Martin Frey

Successful business leader, active angel investor, and an accomplished mountaineer and sailor.
Martin was the first person to climb the world’s Seven Summits (the highest peaks
on each continent) and to sail the Seven Seas. Former senior director for Cisco and former managing director of the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development.

Dale Gunther

Director and Vice Chairman of People’s Utah Bancorp. Previously, Dale served for 16 years as CEO. He was also previously president and chairman, and has been a board member and chairman of
the Utah Banker’s Association. Before his banking career, Dale was president and board member of Alpine First Thrift and Gunther’s Comfort Air. Dale is a former American Fork City councilman.
