Concurrent Enrollment Math Boot Camp
Learn the necessary math skills to qualify for College Algebra for FREE!
At our Math Boot Camp, students get the opportunity to work with faculty and tutors from SUU’s Math Department to strengthen their quantitative literacy. Students will take the ALEKS placement exam at the beginning of the four days, and then again at the end of the program to get a solid indication of improvements they make.
Throughout the week, students will get to explore campus, participate in learning labs, work with SUU’s Math faculty & tutors, and receive free food and swag!

“ALEKS is an artificially intelligent learning and assessment system that has been used by over 50 million students for Math, Chemistry, Statistics and Accounting. In order for a student to receive credit for their ALEKS score, the test needs to be proctored at an authorized facility, such as SUU’s testing center.
Along with food and swag, students will receive access to ALEKS for the entire year–not just the 4 days they attend Math Boot Camp!
The camp is held on SUU campus. For the 2026 Camp, we will be in EDUC 202 for registration and breaks, and ELC 311-312 computer lab to work on the math program.
