Youth Crew Program

IIC Crew PhotoshootThe IIC Youth Crew Program is a paid educational internship for local youth ages 16-18. Crew Members will explore outdoor environments on public lands and experience project-based learning that will help shape their appreciation of the natural world. Supervised daily by a trained adult crew leader, crews go out in a variety of locations working in fields such as recreation, maintenance, wildlife, fuels, natural resources, preservation and much more.

Summer 2019 Details

  • Training: May 28th-30th, 2019
  • Season: June 3rd-August 8th 2019
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm 
  • Holidays: July 4th, 2019
  • Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour

  • Dixie National Forest: St. George, Cedar City, Panguitch, Escalante, Utah
  • National Park Service: Cedar Breaks, Pipe Spring, Grand Staircase-Escalante
  • Kaibab National Forest: Fredonia, Arizona
