Youth Crew Program

IIC Crew PhotoshootThe IIC Youth Crew Program is a paid educational internship for local youth ages 16-18. Crew Members will explore outdoor environments on public lands and experience project-based learning that will help shape their appreciation of the natural world. Supervised daily by a trained adult crew leader, crews go out in a variety of locations working in fields such as recreation, maintenance, wildlife, fuels, natural resources, preservation and much more.

  • Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

  • National Park Service: Cedar Breaks, Pipe Spring
  • Kaibab National Forest: Fredonia, Arizona
  • Bureau of Land Management: Cedar City, Utah
