Change Campus Request
Your campus code determines your course registration options and directly affects your tuition and fee rates as well as scholarship availability. If you desire to change your campus, you must submit the Change Campus request by the Full Session 100% Refund Deadline for the semester.
SUU Main Campus (SUU)
- Students are charged regular tuition, student & course/program fees
- Students may register for any face-to-face or online course for which they have met the prerequisite(s)
SUU Online Campus (SON) & SUU Risepoint Campus (AP)
- Students are charged online only tuition and some course/program fees
- Students may register for any online course for which they have met the prerequisite(s)
- Students are restricted from all face-to-face courses
SUU Speedway Campus (SWC)
- Students are charged a discounted per-credit rate and some course/program fees
- Students may only register for SWC-campus courses
- Students are restricted from all other face-to-face and online courses
SUU International Students
This online request is not for International Students with a government travel document.
Please contact the international processing team directly at: intladm@suu.edu with any change requests to your program or campus that could alter the information on your SEVIS record.
To request a change of campus:
Log into your mySUU Portal
- Login in using your username and password
- Contact the IT HelpDesk if you are unable to log in at 435-865-8200.
Change Campus Link
- Select the “Change Campus” link under APPS
Select New Campus
- Select the term that the campus change will take effect
- Select the new campus from the drop down menu
- Read the Contract information provided
- Select the “I understand . . .” box
- Submit
Please note the following:
- Your declared major must be offered within the campus you wish to switch to. You cannot switch campuses if your major is not offered within the new campus.
- Deadlines: You must submit your request by the Full Session 100% Refund Deadline for the semester.
- Duration: Once changed, this will remain your designated campus for all future semesters unless you submit a new form to change it again.
