Students practice core revenue operations workflows, including lead qualification using ICP and BANT, opportunity creation, pipeline inspection, and dashboard creation.
Every activity anchors directly to business impact, covering forecast accuracy, capacity planning, territory routing, and clean deal handoffs. By maintaining CRM data hygiene and authoring data-driven budget recommendations, students build practical sales readiness, ultimately preparing for the Salesforce Certified Sales Foundations credential exam.
