Pick Up Codes
Student safety is our top priority. Each student will receive a unique four- or five-digit Pick Up Code. This code is required to pick up your student.
- If someone else will be picking up your student, you may share the code with them.
- Students will only be released to individuals who provide the correct code.

Self-transportation
For safety reasons, students may only check themselves out if we have written consent from a parent or guardian. Staff will not release a camper to travel home without an authorized adult unless the signed consent form is on file.
If you would like your student to transport themselves after check out, please email stemsummercamps@suu.edu at least one week prior to the start of camps/classes.
Medications
YEA/PREP staff are not permitted to administer medications to students. If your child requires an emergency medication, such as an epi-pen or inhaler, please email stemsummercamps@suu.edu at least one week before the start of camp. Together, we will make arrangements to ensure your student has access to their medication in case of an emergency.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
SUU YEA can make accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions with sufficient notice. If you did not report your student's allergies or dietary restrictions during registration, please email the information to stemsummercamps@suu.edu at least one week prior to camp/class.
Please be aware that students may choose to bring snacks or lunches from home. While we encourage students not to share food, we cannot guarantee this will not occur. YEA/PREP is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by food or snacks shared between students.
If an allergic reaction does occur, our staff will respond immediately to ensure your child receives the help they need, including contacting emergency services if necessary.
Other Needs
If your student has other needs you would like us to be aware of, please email stemsummercamps@suu.edu at least one week prior to the start of camp/class.
