The Student Involvement and Leadership Marketing Team serves to connect students to campus. The marketing team works to spread awareness about upcoming events, student resources, and anything that will add to the student experience. These connections are made through social media, print, photography, videography, and various marketing strategies. We would love to help you market your events/initiatives as we can. There are a few different options we have to offer.

How do I submit an Event or Request a Mall Table

Events are submitted through the SUU Clubs App and are necessary to make sure you get the space you need whether it's for a weekly club meeting or a large club event. To get to the SUU Clubs App log into your portal, under the resources tab click on “Clubs” Once there, click on your club’s page and click “All Events” on the top navigation.

Event requests get viewed and approved by a number of people across campus. It is important that you get the event submitted in time. We recommend 10 business days (at least) for a larger event and 5 business days before a club meeting or mall table request.
