How Can I Advertise/Promote My Club

Marketing requests are a great way to advertise your club on campus and the best part about the STIL office is that we offer many different services for FREE. To fill one out you need to go to the homepage on T-Bird Connection and from there you will be able to see the form.

If you are requesting a design for a t-shirt or any other type of clothing, you will need to send the request in at least 3 weeks prior to the date you need to begin printing.

Event marketing requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the Event Date (we recommend even earlier if possible)

How do I submit an Event or Request a Mall Table

Events are submitted through T-Bird Connection and are necessary to make sure you get the space you need whether it's for a weekly club meeting or a large club event. To get to T-Bird Connection log into your portal, under the resources tab click on “T-Bird Connection.” Once there, click on your club’s page and click “Manage Organization” in the top right corner. Then click on the three bars in the top left corner and click on the “Events” tab. Then click on the blue “Create Event” box and follow the steps to fill out the forms.

Event requests get viewed and approved by a number of people across campus. It is important that you get the event submitted in time. We recommend 10 business days (at least) for a larger event and 5 business days before a club meeting or mall table request.

If you have been waiting a while for your event (past the recommended 10 business) you can also check your “Submission forms.” To do this log into T-Bird Connection and select your account by clicking on that Account Icon in the top right-hand corner. Then select “Submissions.” From here you can see any form, organization registration, or event that you've filled out and submitted. If it says unapproved or denied you can click on the submission and see if there are any comments as to why your event hasn’t been approved.
