We provide resources and support to all prospective and current SUU military-connected students, even if you are not using VA Education Benefits. You can schedule a phone call appointment and we will be happy to provide assistance with any questions you may have.
Future/Incoming Students: We encourage you to visit our Getting Started page. It will help answer the majority of questions for utilizing VA Education Benefits without requiring a meeting with our staff. Otherwise please schedule below.

- Help troubleshooting issues related to VA payments, housing allowances, and enrollment status (adds, drops, withdrawals)

- Provides individualized support for student veterans and military-connected students:
- Navigating academic, personal, and financial challenges
- Connecting with campus, VA, and community resources
- Adjusting to college life and building a support network
- Helps students develop action plans to address barriers and achieve their goals.
- Provides ongoing check-ins, advocacy, and coordination with campus support services.
Location
The Veterans Center and the Veterans Lounge are both located inside the Sharwan Smith Student Center.
