Veteran Center Resource Tutorials
The SUU Veterans Resource and Support Center has created tutorial videos to assist our military-connected students with accessing and utilizing available resources. There are several processes students must complete when it comes to VA Certification, military transfer credit evaluations (JST/CCAF), as well as degree planning, registration, and even graduation. The Veterans Center created the following tutorial videos for students to reference at any time to assist in utilizing those resources and to receive answers to questions in a timely and effective manner. Our goal is to provide quick and clear instructions so students can take charge of their own academic journey and be successful all the way through to graduation.

How to Request VA Certification
Every semester that a student would like to use VA benefits they will need to request VA Certification. In addition, if students add, change, or drop classes, a new certification needs to be submitted. The following video provides a step-by-step guide on how to request your certification.
How to Use Degree Works
Degree Works is an app located on the right side of your student portal under RESOURCES and is a great way to track progress in your degree as well as create plans of what courses you plan to take and when, all the way through to graduation. The following video teaches you how to use the app as well as how to create degree plans to stay on track and ensure a timely completion of your degree.
