Student Accompaniment Request

If you need an accompanist, please submit the form no later than the third Monday of the semester. You can view the staff accompanist fee schedule below. For any questions, contact Tracey Bradshaw at bradshawt@suu.edu or Music 116.

Rules

Accompanist fees must be paid by November 22 (two weeks before juries). A reminder will be sent out on November 1 (three weeks prior). Students with outstanding fees will not be allowed to perform their jury and a hold will be put on their account. Fees must be paid through the Cashier's Office (use code MUSPER) and the receipt given to Kim Baker in the Music Office.

Since there is a limited number of accompaniment hours available, students must give 24 hours advance notice to cancel a rehearsal or lesson time or they will forfeit their accompaniment time. Students must notify their assigned accompanist of the cancellation, and no refunds will be made.

Music

Music has to be turned in no later than four weeks before a scheduled performance. Give all music DIRECTLY to your assigned accompanist.
