Financial Aid can be a frustrating process. We know that. We are facilitators of federal money, which means we must adhere to strict federal guidelines. We can answer most of your questions and assist you in many ways, but should you have questions about how these regulations are determined or to voice your ideas or concerns, we invite you to contact your lawmakers.
