Disposition Self Assessment Assignments

Any faculty member in teacher education can use the Disposition Self-Assessment Form as a course assignment to help students become familiar with the disposition categories and to work on self improvement where necessary. Information from these self-assessments do not need to be entered into the Disposition Google Form unless an intervention with a student is necessary.

The Disposition Self-Assessment Form is a Google Doc. To provide student feedback you could use the Canvas Speedgrader, enter your notes directly on the forms through Google, or print out the students' forms and write on them.
