Teen Art Camp: SUMA ARTventures
June 16–19, 2026, from 12:30–4 p.m.
Join us for a four-day creative experience exploring the rich connections between art and the natural world. Inspired by our summer exhibition, this teen art camp invites participants to look closely at the environment around them and transform those observations into original works of art.
Throughout the program, teens will experiment with a variety of hands-on processes, including alternative photography, plein-air painting, printmaking, collage, and more. Through guided projects, gallery exploration, and time for creative discovery, participants will develop new skills while exploring how artists use nature as inspiration, subject, and material.
Whether you are an experienced young artist or simply curious to try something new, this camp offers a dynamic space to create, explore, and connect with art in fresh and meaningful ways.
This camp is for teens ages 13-18. Tickets are $25 and available on Eventbrite. Discounts are offered to Friends of SUMA members. Please email sumafriends@suu.edu for the discount code.
All supplies are included thanks to the support from Cedar City RAP Tax.
